PTC-Circle reserves the right to refuse a refund if the user is found to be in violation of Terms and Conditions or acting against the interests of PTC-Circle.

Ownership

All licensed materials, including intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, designs, and content), are the sole property of PTC-Circle. By accepting these terms, you do not gain ownership of these materials, but are granted limited rights to use them as outlined in this agreement.

Subscription Term

Your right to access the licensed materials is valid only for the duration of your active subscription period. Once your subscription expires, access will automatically end unless renewed under current terms and conditions. Subscription begins immediately upon activation unless a different start date is requested in advance.

Users must utilize the subscribed material within the active subscription period. No free extensions or compensations are offered for unused durations. Renewals act as a continuation of the existing subscription term and must be completed before expiration.

Service Withdrawal Policy

PTC-Circle reserves the right to withdraw subscriptions or temporarily suspend access if necessary. In such cases, users will be charged only for the elapsed subscription time (calculated on a pro-rata basis). While PTC-Circle strives to ensure uninterrupted service, access may occasionally be affected by software errors, viruses, or natural/technical issues beyond reasonable control.
