Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to and/or using PTC-Circle services, you agree to all terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Modifications
PTC-Circle may update this agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on www.ptccircle.co.in and become effective 30 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
License & Access
Upon payment and acceptance of these terms, PTC-Circle grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for your subscribed course(s).
Important: Access is allowed from multiple locations at different times, but simultaneous access from multiple devices is prohibited.
Ownership of Materials
All content, materials, and intellectual property within PTC-Circle remain our sole property. Accepting this agreement does not transfer ownership to you.
Subscription Term
Your subscription grants access only for the period you have subscribed to. Renewal must be done prior to expiration. Unused subscription time cannot be extended for free.
Your Responsibilities
- Use the materials responsibly and only for personal or organizational learning purposes.
- Do not share login credentials with others.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using PTC-Circle services.
Disclaimer
PTC-Circle services are provided "as-is" without any warranties. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PTC-Circle is not responsible for third-party opinions, advice, or content found on the site.
Limitation of Liability
Except as required by consumer protection law, PTC-Circle will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of the services. Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or events beyond our control.
Termination
PTC-Circle may terminate your subscription or access at its sole discretion for violation of these terms, misuse of materials, or actions contrary to PTC-Circle's interests.
